There is a communal pool only 50 metres from the house. The patio and balcony face south and both have awnings to provide some welcome shade in summer. There is also a small garden with palm trees, shrubs and cacti surrounded by a clipped hedge that ensures privacy. |

Located on the Orihuela Costa, southern Costa Blanca, 10 minutes from Torrevieja, the house is situated in a quiet established residential development close to safe beaches and four 18-hole golf courses, providing the ideal location for family, beach or golf holidays.

A deposit of 20% or £50 (whichever is greater) will be required at the time of booking. The balance, together with a refundable security deposit of £100, will become due 4 weeks before the start of your stay.
