Villa MirandaVilla Miranda is located on the beautiful urbanisation of Monte Pego, near Denia, Costa Blanca. A brand new (2004) luxury villa with large pool and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, orange groves and the sea. |
The villa has 4 double bedrooms (sleeps up to 8), 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. It has partial air conditioning, satellite TV and stereo/DVD system. Linen and towels are provided. |

Outside there is a spacious patio alongside the beautiful pool, as well as a covered porch area -especially useful when the sun gets really hot. There is also a good selection of sun loungers and pool furniture. Villa Miranda is situated on a hillside and has the most wonderful outlook. There are, however, steps up to the living areas which make it unsuitable for those with walking difficulties, or very young children. It is also advisable to have a car. |

Monte Pego is located 10 minutes inland of Denia, halfway between Valencia and Alicante.

Attractions
Monte Pego has its own tennis courts, bank, petrol station and several delightful bar/restaurants. A safari park is also close by. It is a select residential development on a dramatic hillside with fabulous views. Villa Miranda can be approached through privately owned orange groves or via the reception area of Monte Pego itself.
The typically Spanish town of Pego is a 5 minute drive. The beaches and coastal towns of Denia and Javea are 10 minutes away. Also nearby is La Sella, with it's famous championship golf course.
