Casa Amanecer is superbly located in the exclusive Balcon al Mar area of Javea in the Costa Blanca, Spain about 200 metres from the Cap de la Nau lighthouse. The villa enjoys an elevated coastal position and from the rooftop terrace visitors can enjoy uninterrupted views across the Mediterranean sea in total privacy.

The living accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms (sleeps up to 9) and 3 bathrooms. The main floor of the villa comprises one double and one twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large lounge (DVD, satellite etc) with comfortable seating and sofa bed and a large naya (sun room) with conservatory style seating and a dining table. The lower floor comprises a double bedroom leading to a twin bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The villa has full central heating for winter lets.

Outside is a private 8m x 4m swimming pool with Roman steps and its own shower, covered barbeque/outside dining area, large sunbathing terraces and lush gardens. On the roof is a sunbathing terrace. The grounds are fully enclosed with ample parking making this an ideal villa for families with children.



The villa overlooks the sea and is situated on the outskirts of the town of Javea, close to the Cap de la Nau lighthouse on Spain's most easterly tip.

Bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday.

Please contact the owners directly when you're ready to book.

A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking. The balance, together with a refundable security deposit of £200, will become due 8 weeks before the start of your stay.
