The living accommodation consists of 3 Bedrooms (sleeps up to 7); 2 Bathrooms; Sitting Room with single sofa bed; Living/Dining Room; fitted Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, 2 fridges, freezer, food processor, juicer and skillet; Laundry area with washing machine, iron and board, airers and hand basin. |
Guests have sole use of the private 30ft x 15ft swimming pool, garden, olive grove, terraces, barbecue, garden tables and chairs and open barn. |
Location
Vasciano is 10 minutes from the village of Mercatale, on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, just north of Lake Trasimeno.

Attractions
Within easy reach are Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Arezzo, Siena, Cortona and many other towns and villages. Florence and Orvieto are within 2 hours drive and they can also be reached in less time by train from Terontola. Rome is three hours and is also accessible in less time by train.
The medieval towns and villages offer a wealth of art and architectural treasures, restaurants, markets, and festivals devoted to music, antiques, archery, specialised foods, flowers and processions in medieval costume. Local leisure activities include walking, horse riding, tennis, championship golf course, water sports, coarse fishing and trips to the islands on Lake Trasimeno.
This designated area of outstanding natural beauty has something for everyone. In the quiet fields around the house are wild flowers. You may see hoopoes, buzzards, fireflies, butterflies, foxes, horses, sheep and many lizards. You may hear nightingales, frogs, cicadas and wild pigs; smell broom, jasmine and rosemary; find porcupine quills, blackberries and wild plums. You may eat our cherries, walnuts, greengages, pears, grapes and flavour your cooking with herbs from the garden and fields.

Please Note: The rent excludes the use of telephone and central heating. These are charged for separately according to use. The pool is normally open from mid-May to the end of September but can be extended if required.
How To Book
Booking are from Saturday to Saturday.
Please contact the owners directly when you're ready to book.
A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking. The balance, together with a refundable security deposit of £100, will become due 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
