This gite provides a comfortable holiday home while retaining its rustic charm, including its ancient exposed beams and the large open fireplace in the living room. |
The living accommodation consists of: 3 Bedrooms; 1 Bathroom; 1 Shower Room; 1 Cloakroom; very large Living Room; fully-fitted Kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and gas hob and oven. A washing machine is provided in the Utility Room. |

The gite has a covered terrace facing north east, overlooking the 10 metre swimming pool, the farmland and woods in the valley. Breakfast can be taken outdoors in the first rays of the morning sun, while during the heat of the day, it provides a cool shady haven. Beside the swimming pool, the garden has a barbecue area and a sun drenched lawn. |
Location
This gite is just outside the village of Montgaillard, just a few miles from Lavit de Lomagne, a peaceful area of north west Gascony.

Several good but inexpensive restaurants, offering the many delights of Gascon cuisine, can be found in nearby villages. And also nearby there's fishing, horse riding, tennis and golf, and various boating lakes.
